Are your products dishwasher safe?

Yes. All of our products are dishwasher safe.

What material are your unbreakable drinkware items made of?

The Polysafe, Crown Commercial and D-Still range are made from Polycarbonate. The Palm Outdoor range is made from Tritan.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

We process and pack orders within 72 hours of receipt. Any delays beyond this timeframe will be communicated to you by email.

Do you ship across Australia and worldwide?

What if I want to exchange?

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund you in full.

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that the products you ordered arrive damaged, we will replace them at no cost - this is highly unlikely to occur, as our products are designed to be unbreakable.

Where are you located and can I buy in store?

Unbreakable Drinkware is located at Suite B, Building 32, Suakin Drive, MOSMAN NSW 2088, Australia. We welcome all visitors at any time, or call (02) 8355 5447 to arrange an appointment.

Do you print onto your unbreakable glasses?

Yes we do, however to be efficient our  minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 96 units per item. Please contact us to talk through your project.
